- WE ALL HAVE A STORY -
Being able to create, and take part in one of the most beautiful
mediums of the 21st century, is not something we take for granted.
Not only do we as creators, have a responsibility to ourselves,
we also have a responsibility to uphold the integrity of the stories
that we find ourselves exploring. Their truths, no matter how ugly,
is on us to bring to a bigger scream. To take an idea, and transform it
into something real and tangible, that is our jobs as creators.
We feel blessed to carry such impactful responsibility
and we hope that our work continues to reflect that respectfully.
- THE HUMAN EXPERIENCE IS A COMPLEX JOURNEY -
"I'm someone who has a singular goal in making films:
I want to tell a story. There are certain stories that I want to tell. Hollywood's never been the ultimate goal for me"
Quite possibly the most common genre
in the world of film. The viewer(s) tends to relate because, at its core, Drama pulls
from the commonalities of life.
We view it as the "God Particle" of cinema, because all aspects of film have some
elements of drama in them.
Not to be confused with "Slasher" films,
Horror is more of a psychological experience when executed correctly. Some of the best Horror films that we've seen, don't have
any blood in them at all. That's quality!
Our goal with this specific genre,
is to normalize the depth of our low points.
We all have a story to tell, and they don't always have a Disney like foundation.
Documentaries have become a way
for the disregarded to have a voice,
and we want to contribute to that.
If you have a story, let us know.
There's nothing we enjoy more
than provoking the brain to think outside
of whatever box it has grown accustomed to.
What's really special about this genre
is that the stories told, don't necessarily
have to fit within any specific bubble,
so long as the mystery is respected.
QUALITY OVER QUANTITY
FILM AND CINEMA HAVE CHANGED A LOT
SINCE THE RISE AND POPULARITY OF STREAMING SERVICES
WITH THE DEMAND OF CONTENT BEING AT AN ALL TIME HIGH
IT HAS BECOME EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT OUR FOCUS BE LESS DRIVEN
BY THE BOX OFFICE AND MONETARY GAIN, AND MORE FOCUSED AND STEADFAST
ON THE QUALITY OF THE STORIES THAT WE CHOOSE TO EXPLORE
